We're passionate about people. Spotting great characters  and building trusted relationships to be able to put them at ease, ensuring they get the best from their TV experience and give of their best for storytellers and producers. We'll take care of the on screen cast from initial conversation to TX and beyond.

Sourcing, attracting, negotiating and building great relationships are at the heart of our ensuring  on and off screen talent give their best performances. We're multi-taskers and problem solvers and use these skills to do whatever it takes to help them perform - and return. 

Whether it's running, marshalling, COVID marshalling or health & safety, we're committed to ensuring a smooth on-set experience for everyone on production. And when the unexpected happens, we'll put our problem solving skills to the fore to keep everyone safe, happy and at their best until its a wrap.

Our team are project management trained and PRINCE2 qualified to ensure everyone knows what's happening where, when it's happening and how. 

From sourcing to shooting, we here to help. Our sister company 53 Degrees Events can take care of the logistics of travel, accommodation and on-location services often for no fee. From catering to sanitation, production space to parking. We'll effectively liaise with suppliers, land-owners or authorities too.  

Preparing for and supporting the edit function and production manager.

We can take care of data wrangling, ingesting, in-production and post-production logging, compliance, Silvermouse, Soundmouse and Albert.
